Your body is the one that’s going to decide where you lose weight from first. So how do you get smaller thighs/tummy/arms/etc? You eat healthily, you eat at a responsible calorie deficit, and you exercise. Yep.
Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.
